How the Partnership Plans work:
Dr. Hassell offers 3 retainer (or concierge) Partnership Plans to accommodate different levels of health care needs.
The partnerships include:
▪ Same or next day office or telephone appointments during business hours:
1. Primary Care, For low-complexity patients
2. Partnership Plus, For higher-complexity patients
3. Custom Care, For patients who
have special requirements
The partnerships provide:
▪ Physician advice 24 hours a day, 7 days per week by calling our office
▪ Other services provided in our office such as EKG, lab specimen collection, injection administration, cryotherapy, ear cleaning, and 24-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring
▪ Oversight visits when in-patient at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center
| Partnership fees are paid by the patient: 1. Primary Care $4,800 annual fee 2. Partnership Plus $7,800 annual fee 3. Custom Care determined by care |
